Learn to Share the Beauty & Brilliance of Anusara Yoga with Others
In this Teacher Training program, recognized by Yoga Alliance, we’ll explore all the core elements that will enable you to effectively – and ecstatically – teach Anusara Yoga. You’ll be guided step-by-step and receive personalized attention and feedback throughout this empowering, transformational process.
Topics will include:
**Articulating from the heart **Integrating the Universal Principles of Alignment™ in your teaching
**Class Preparation & Sequencing **Teaching beginners; teaching experienced students **Taking the seat of the teacher **Observation skills **Adjusting students **Therapeutic aspects of Anusara Yoga And much more.
Study in a small group setting with two of Canada's most experienced Anusara Yoga teachers.
Barrie Risman has studied extensively with John since 2001,
and currently serves on the Anusara Certification Committee,
mentoring new teachers, as well as the Anusara Therapeutics Panel.

Robin Golt has been studying directly with John Friend since 1993
and teaching Anusara Yoga since its inception.
She teaches in Montréal and throughout Canada.

Fulfillment of this program (including its pre-requisites) will qualify you for registration as a member of Yoga Alliance. Hours can also be applied towards your application for Anusara Yoga Inspired and/or Certified Teacher status.
Pre-requisites: Completion of an Anusara Yoga Immersion (100 hours) with a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher. For additional pre-requisites and more information about the teacher training commitment, please contact Lynn for an application form.
Dates: April 28 - May 2, July 28 - Aug 1, November 10-14, 2010. Hours are Wed – Sat 9:30 am-6pm, Sunday 10am-2pm
Location: Yoga at St. Marks, 19 St. Mark’s Place, Old St. Vital, Winnipeg
Tuition: $1800 plus GST before March 1, 2010, $1950 after March 1. (payable in installments, if requested in advance). $200 deposit (non-refundable) due by February 1, 2010
